 The Manta restaurant was designed with elegance and simplicity in mind. The “black box” is open to the ocean view, so diners can enjoy their meal while taking in a beautiful backdrop of waves crashing against rocks on one side and fog rolling off mountains from another angle. The menu takes inspiration from Mexico, Peru, Japan and beyond!
