Parsons Villas – Scottsdale vacation rental firm closes on $9 million in property purchases
Parsons Villas, a Scottsdale-based vacation rental company focusing on luxury homes in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, recently closed the deal on three new homes for $9 million, with another $2 million deal in progress.
According to Sean Parsons, the founder and president of Parsons Villas, the company plans to allocate funds ranging from $500,000 to $2 million for the renovation of each property, aiming to have them ready for occupancy by the year’s end.
