Contemporary Flair
Black and white are the colors of the day here. Black leather studded chairs, smooth white leather chairs, and tufted leather banquettes provide comfy seating. Dark walls with white coffered ceilings lend a dramatic tone to the space, and the black and white draperies and art work reinforce the dramatic theme. Textured accents like the rough wood reception desk and the wall of meat cleavers keep things interesting.
Sit at the bar in comfy leather bar stools, under sparkling mirrored light fixtures and a roughhewn wood bar, or in the patio. Try one of the semi-private dining areas that feature views into the glass-walled kitchen, or sit in the spacious dining area. And, the black and white graphic tiles in the restrooms are kinda groovy.

Raw Bar specialties include the Iced Alaskan King Crab, the Chef’s Daily Selection of Fresh Oysters (from both coasts), and lobster, crab or shrimp cocktails. New Bedford Sea Scallops and Chilean Sea Bass are just two of the seafood house specialties available.
Steak 44’s steaks are wet aged for 28 days and hand-cut daily by the restaurant’s in-house butcher. Steaks are USDA Prime Grade Beef or Domestic Wagyu and come in two sizes, small and regular (12-22 oz.). If you’re not in the mood for steak or seafood, try the Tomahawk Pork Chop or the Whole Colorado Rack of Lamb.
Leave room for one of the amazing sides and for dessert. Sides include Asparagus Fries, Corn Crème Brulee and Sautéed Wild Mushrooms. Gelato or a Brioche Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding should round things out nicely.
