El Encanto has three wonderful locations in Arizona, each with its own take on that quirky Latin atmosphere that is both fun and comforting. Each location has a unique outdoor water feature on their patio, and all have the same authentic Mexican food. El Encanto Restaurant – De La Fuente is located in Fountain Hills, minutes from downtown proper. One of the most favorited Scottsdale restaurants by area locals and visitors alike, youll be back time and time again.
Ambiente
The sound of the courtyard waterfall provides a soothing backdrop for the authentic (and spicy) Mexican food you’ll enjoy. And the outdoor fireplaces will take the chill off those cool nights while you’re getting your Mexican food fix.
The covered patio has a rustic, south of the border feel. And that feeling continues on into the interior with exposed rough timber framing and colorful stucco walls. The rough textural wood ceiling, bright blue and white tiles and leather barrel chairs add nice accents to this casual, comfortable cantina.

Your El Encanto Scottsdale lunch selections include a Plato de Enchilada, Plato de Fajitas, Enchilada de Pollo Con Mole, Carnitas Burro, and Carnitas Torta. Several kids’ menu items (including a burger, quesadilla and taquitos) will keep the kids happy.
Start dinner off with fresh, authentic guacamole (made daily), Shrimp Tacos, or Queso Guillermo; what could be better than hot bubbling cheese? There are soups, salads, tacos and handmade tamales on the menu too. House specials include Lamb Barbacoa, Enchiladas de Pollo con Mole, Chile Relleno con Pollo, Plato de Carnitas, and the customer favorite Pollo Fundido.
Tequila
Enjoy a cool adult beverage with your dinner or while you wait; choose from margaritas, sangria, beer and wine (focusing on wine from Latin countries). And be sure to try one of their premium tequilas including Hornitos, Jose Cuervo, Cabo Wabo, and Tres Agave. If you’re a tequila aficionado (or want to be), you’ll need to make sure to head to El Encanto before you leave the area.

El Encanto Restaurant – De La Fuente has Happy Hour specials and is open daily from 11am to 9pm. They do take reservations – a good idea for dinner.
