The Roaring Fork is centered around the idea of bold cuisine. Serving up classic American fare, this restaurant takes the cooking fire to a whole new level. The Menu
The menu is meat heavy, and that’s a good thing. It’s also straightforward, yet inclusive. Entrees include duck, steak, pork, fish, and chicken.=
