Features of Our Arizona Long Term Rentals
We have properties with one bedroom or several bedrooms, or even separate apartments on the same property. And our long term luxury properties come with all the amenities you have come to expect from Parsons Villas. Our properties come with fully-equipped kitchens and dining rooms, wireless high-speed internet, and large screen TVs. Most of our rentals have been upgraded to “Smart Homes,” now with smart locks, thermostats, lighting and security.
Some larger properties come with additional amenities like private heated pools, Jacuzzis, pool tables, theater rooms and fireplaces. And, many of our larger rentals have gourmet kitchens so you can easily make meals for the entire gang. If you don’t want to cook yourself, heating up leftovers will be a pleasure. Select one of our rentals with an outdoor grill, kitchen, or firepit for more fun. Grill those steaks out by the pool surrounded by mountains, then cuddle up to the firepit while making S’mores and enjoying the bright twinkling stars. If your rental has a home theater, you can take things easy after a long day hiking through the desert by binge-watching your favorite show. Don’t forget the popcorn!
All of our desert properties have expansive windows for amazing views of the desert, and private decks or patios perfect for enjoying that first cup of coffee or watching the sunset.
Spacious patios and covered porches with comfy seats make it easy to enjoy the wonderful desert climate and scenery while relaxing. Lay back on that cushy lounger, watch the kids frolic in the pool and the hawks soaring above your head. Each rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each visit.
Activities in Scottsdale
While staying in your rental for your entire vacation is a possibility, you should get out once in a while to enjoy Scottsdale. There are so many things to do! You’ve made it this far, now get out and enjoy it!
Hike or bike along one of the many desert trails. Wander through the towering saguaro, make your way around boulders, do some rock climbing or rappelling – you can select the difficulty of the trail. Take it easy, or make it hard, or hit something in between. There are trails for every experience level in the area. Hike on your own or take a guided tour to learn about the desert, its history and habitat. Don’t forget to keep an eye out for those cute desert inhabitants including roadrunners, hawks, coyote, snakes and lizards! And many trails and parks are pet-friendly, so you won’t have to leave your best friend at home.
Want to get back to civilization? Head to Old Town Scottsdale! Quaint shops, art galleries, restaurants and more! From fine art to tacky souvenirs, you’ll find something you need here. Known worldwide as a destination for art lovers, Old Town is the perfect place to add to your collection or start one. Plus, Scottsdale has one of the country’s best public art collections – you have to take a selfie in front of the iconic LOVE sculpture!
If you’re an architecture buff, you’ll need to visit Frank Lloyd Wright’s Taliesin West and the nearby Cosanti Galleries (Paolo Soleri’s original studio). Scottsdale’s only National Historic Landmark, Taliesin West rises up from the rocky desert terrain, and is a wonderful example of Wright’s innovation and genius. At Cosanti, take a tour and watch the daily foundry ritual of making the famous bronze Soleri windbells before you visit the gift shop to buy your own!
