Decor to Fit Your Mood
Each of our one-bedroom Scottsdale condo vacation rentals is custom furnished, and each has a unique look and feel them. Our homes are a huge departure from your standard hotel. From rustic and quaint to modern and sleek, our homes will fit your bill. You can choose a home that’s at the center of all the downtown Scottsdale action or one that comes with a piece of that beautiful Arizona desert.
And just like a normal home, our Scottsdale vacation condos are equipped with everything you need to be comfortable on your vacation, whether you’re staying with us for a night or will be settling in for several weeks. Every home has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of room to cook your favorite meals. If you choose one of our ‘desert’ rentals, they come with large patios, decks and/or balconies arranged to make the most of the beautiful Sonoran Desert landscape. Just imagine yourself sitting out on your private patio, surrounded by the old growth trees and cacti, sipping your favorite cocktail and enjoying one of the desert’s million dollar sunsets.
Comfy chairs, sofas and spacious living rooms mean you enjoy amenities such as high-speed wireless Internet, air conditioning, a TV and, for the gamer, an Xbox One, which come with every one-bedroom home.
Close to the Action
Vacationing with Parsons Villas doesn’t mean you’ll be far removed from the outside world. We want to satisfy all your needs. And sometimes, that means going out on the town – we get it.
Our one-bedroom condos for rent in Scottsdale are never far from the restaurants, shops and activities you love. Choose from art galleries, hundreds of restaurants, Scottsdale Fashion Square mall, bars, restaurants, cafes and nightclubs. In Scottsdale, the mountains and desert are all around, and never far away. That means it takes just minutes to get to lots of great trails for hiking, biking, and mountain climbing. If you want to get outside and roam, take a tour of the Arizona desert on the back of an ATV or hike Camelback Mountain and Papago Park, both of which are only 10 minutes away from your rental. While you’re exploring Papago, visit the giraffes and tigers at the Phoenix Zoo, which is inside the park and is one of the nation’s largest nonprofit zoos. The McDowell Sonoran Conservancy and the Desert Botanical Gardens are two more local attractions that are close by. Or, try a hot air balloon ride for some great views.
Looking for some indoor fun, something a little more relaxing? The shopping options are almost endless. Visit nearby Scottsdale Quarter, Kierland Commons and the Promenade. Or head into Old Town Scottsdale for just about anything you can imagine: fine art galleries, wonderfully tacky souvenir shops, antique stores, wonderful jewelry stores, upscale boutiques and small unique shops. And just for fun, take a stroll down memory lane with Old Towne Candy – they stock all kinds of candy, many that you haven’t seen since you were a kid. Or take a tour – there is bound to be a tour to fit your interests – art & culture, food, wine tasting or history. You can wander along, bike or Segway your way through Scottsdale.
After all that activity, it’ll be pretty hard to decide on a place to eat – they’re all great. Want a casual, sports bar atmosphere or romantic candlelight dinner? A five-star meal by a world-renowned chef, or pizza and beer? Maybe a quesadilla or some sushi? It’s all here. And don’t miss out on the steak at Cowboy Ciao and the berry crepes at Arcadia Farms Cafe. After that great meal, you can continue the fun and hit one of the nearby bars. Stop at a craft beer pub, comedy club, a rowdy dance club or maybe just sit and enjoy a glass of wine in an intimate little wine bar.
Just because you are staying in one of our smaller rentals, doesn’t mean that you can’t get that superior Parsons Villa’s service. Our friendly staff can arrange for a rental car or driver for your visit, or book reservations for that intimate dinner you’ve been looking forward to, or help you get tickets to a sporting event.
